1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any virtual product (VIP, Points, Skins) from the UltimateX Store, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from making a purchase.
2. Code of Conduct
Possessing VIP status does not grant you immunity from the server rules. We expect our premium members to lead by example.
- No Abuse of Power: You must not use your VIP features (Slay, Kick, etc.) for personal revenge or to disrupt the game for others.
- Respect Others: Harassment, racism, or insulting other players is strictly forbidden.
- Gaming Environment: Any behavior intended to make players quit the server will be penalized.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
If you are found abusing your access or violating the code of conduct, your VIP status will be suspended or permanently removed without warning.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. As we provide immediate digital access to virtual services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued if you are banned for cheating or violating server rules.
- No refunds will be issued for "lost" access if you fail to protect your game password.
- Payments made via PayPal, Stripe, or Crypto are non-reversible.
4. Server & Gameplay Rules
To ensure a fair and fun environment for everyone, all players must follow these gameplay restrictions:
- Communication: No insulting players. Discussions regarding War, Politics, or any provocative topics are strictly prohibited.
- Identity: Do not use provocative words, slurs, or offensive tags in your name or clan tag.
- Laser Mines: You are not allowed to explode laser mines in open areas. They must only be used while camping a specific spot.
- Sniper Mode: Flying with Sniper Mode to harass players or force them to quit the game is forbidden. This also applies to Survivor and other Human modes.
- Zombie Movement: Using SGS (Stand-up Ground Strafe) or Strafing while playing as Assassin, Nemesis, or other Zombies is prohibited if there are 4 or more Humans still alive.
5. Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your in-game password (setinfo _pw) secure. UltimateX management will never ask for your password. If your account is compromised due to your negligence, we are not obligated to restore lost time or points.
