• Account data: the in-game nickname and password you choose when purchasing VIP access.
• Purchase data: the product bought, price paid, order ID, and (where provided by the payment provider) your email address, used to deliver your purchase and provide support.
• Technical data: IP addresses and basic visit statistics, used for security, ban enforcement, and site analytics.
• Cookies: we use cookies for basic site functionality, such as remembering referral codes.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency processors). We never see or store your card number or full payment details. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and never reach our servers.

4. Sharing & Retention

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the payment provider that processes your order, and is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, handle support requests, and meet legal record-keeping requirements.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by contacting us on our Discord server. We respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
